Vendor and Food Truck Clause
All food trucks and vendors participating in the pop-up event must adhere to the following terms:
Permits and Licenses: Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required to operate at the event. Proof of such documentation must be submitted prior to the event.
Product Restrictions: Vendors may offer food, crafts, jewelry, and other handmade items. However, items must be pre-approved by the event organizer to maintain quality and variety.
Space Allocation: Each vendor will be allocated a designated space. Vendors must not exceed their assigned area and must keep their spaces clean and orderly throughout the event.
Health and Safety Compliance: All food vendors must comply with health and safety regulations as mandated by local health authorities. Failure to meet these standards may result in immediate removal from the event.
Insurance Requirements: Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance covering their operations during the event. Minimum coverage limits will be specified by the event organizer.
Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown. All materials, including trash and unused items, must be removed from the premises by the end of the event.
Liability Waiver: All vendors must sign a liability waiver acknowledging that the event organizer is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
By participating in this event, all vendors agree to comply with the terms outlined above. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from current and future events.
PROCEDURE OF SIGN UP
Once your spot is purchased fill out vendor form below after vendor form is received you will receive a liability form with in 24 hours of completion of said form. Please be sure to sign immediately to keep your vendor spot. Once procedure sign up is completed you will be listed on BMFQUALITY website as a vendor with in 24hours of completion.
